Biography of Nicole Lynn
Early Life and Education
Growing up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Nicole Lynn didn't have an easy childhood while living in poverty. Two of her siblings from her father's first marriage passed away at an early age and one was murdered eight years ago because of gang violence.
She moved from house to house and left to wonder where they'll get their next meal. She stood as a mother figure for her siblings even in her preteens while her mother worked three jobs for them. Nicole continued to support her family and her education during that time.
She studied at Booker T. Washington High School, a magnet school in Tulsa. She got accepted to Oklahoma University later on after getting 21 college credits in her high school. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Price College of Business. After a year of working for Morgan Stanley, she studied law at Oklahoma University College of Law and got a Juris Doctor degree while being on top of her class.
Career
Nicole Lynn worked as a financial analyst in New York for the esteemed investment bank Morgan Stanley. She obtained both her Series 7 and Series 63 through FINRA from working in Wall Street.
She worked at the NFL Players' Association in 2012 after graduating. Three years later, Nicole passed the NFL Contract Advisor Exam along with her Texas law license. She then juggled her career as a sports agent and lawyer.
Getting her first client was no easy feat for Lynn. She had to lose and lose every potential client that she wanted to draft for the NFL. Men never took her seriously for the very reason that she is a young Black woman. But this young Black female sports agent had a dream. She dreams of putting NFL Draft stars in the spotlight and keeping them there as they get known in the field for only a short time. Thus, she never gave up on looking for her potential clients.

Nicole Lynn is known to be optimistic, high spirited and charming. She does not easily give up and just like her clients, she is strong willed and a trailblazer.
Achievements
She received the 2x Woman of the Year Award from The Hustle in 2018 and gave a speech that caught the attention of University of Alabama alumni Quinnen Williams. He, later on, chose Nicole Lynn to represent him for the NFL Draft picks. Thus, she finally got the chance to represent a Top 3 draft pick. She made history again by representing the Top 10 NFL draft picks the following year.
In 2021, she joined Klutch Sports Group to be their President of Football Operations and Senior Agent. She continues to represent numerous figures even in the entertainment industry.
